In the light of the assassination attempt against former President Trump, his supporters have a right to be angry. You should be. The Democrat Left did everything they could to make this happen. But now, we have to find constructive ways to direct that anger. Directing anger in destructive ways is the way of the Left. They riot, commit arson, and loot, among other things. We conservatives and libertarians are better than that, we’ve proved it again and again. If the attempt was against Biden, there would be violence– now. We know it, they know it. There would be rioting and looting, right now. We are not them. We are angry, but we should and will focus our anger in more constructive ways.

Here are a few things that come to mind:

• Contribute to the campaign of Trump, and/or anyone who supports conservative values for office.
• Push back against all the online lies and distortions against Trump and other figures on the right. No more letting accusations of them (and us) being Nazi’s, fascists, etc. pass. If you don’t want to write the rebuttals yourself, you can at least give a thumbs up to those that make good points.
• Educate yourself on matters of liberty, American exceptionalism, and the founding of our country.
• Engage in prayer. Don’t pray for God to smite our enemies, pray for what’s best for you, your family and your country. Pray for America to prosper and give thanks.
• Starve liberal institutions like universities that won’t allow conservative speakers or defend the rights of Jews to attend class unmolested.
• Advocate for the immediate resignation of Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle. Cocaine in the White House, now a nearly successful assassination attempt against one of their protectees. We’ve seen enough.
• Educate yourself about Leftism in all its forms, communism, socialism, and collectivism.
• Of course, you must vote. Don’t rationalize not voting because you believe the elections are rigged, or you’re in a hopelessly blue district. That is learned helplessness, and that serves only the left. Trust me, the Democrats don’t suffer from this.
