Quick thought: When a dig is not a dig.

I’ve been reading with amusement people putting, “President Musk” in comments as if it were some clever dig against President-elect Trump. They say it to insinuate that Musk, not Trump, holds the real power. Anybody who knows Trump, even if they don’t particularly like him, will find the notion absurd even laughable. That’s not the amusing part though…

The amusing part, when they use the moniker “President Musk” or “President Elon” thinking it’s some great insult against Trump don’t seem to understand who it’s truly an insult against– the actual president (for now), Joe Biden. When they try to suggest Elon, not Donald is president a month away from Inauguration Day, they’re completely leaving Biden out of the equation. They basically tacitly acknowledge what the rest of us have been saying aloud for some time, that Biden is not the real President in terms of who actually wields power and makes decisions at the White House. He’s a puppet of Obama, the CCP and Zelenskyy; Biden has never been his own man as POTUS. That point was made abundantly clear after he was deposed as the titular head of the Democrat Party after the first debate in favor ultimately of Harris.

So, when those who cleverly (so they think) use “President Elon” as slight against Trump, they should understand their insult is really landing on the current-for-now president, Joe Biden.
