On TV today, there are a lot of "Christmas" stories about giving, sharing, and compassion. Almost none make any reference to the very person whose virtues we're being taught to emulate in them, namely Jesus.

It's Thanksgiving time and the winter holidays are coming soon. It's a time to be with friends and family and reflect on the things in our lives we have to be thankful for.
