I want to wish a happy Labor Day because this is Labor Day weekend. So happy Labor Day to all the laborers out there, all of those people who make things and fix things and make things go. We appreciate your hard work. On this Labor Day weekend. And remember, being in the trades is a good thing and we need to promote it more. Some people want to go to a four year college and get a four year degree and that's fine. Other people are more suited towards the labor fields and the skilled labor fields in particular and so they want to go that route. And so, you know, both groups of people are needed.
