When they try to suggest Elon, not Donald is president a month away from Inauguration Day, they're completely leaving Biden out of the equation. They basically tacitly acknowledge what the rest of us have been saying aloud for some time, that Biden is not the real President in terms of who actually wields power and makes decisions at the White House.
