A New third party?  Reporting by Sharyl Attkisson and Tim Reid for Reuters talks about a new third party called the "Forward" party to compete with the Republicans and Democrats that is due to launch this fall. Is this the real deal, or just a party to run spoiler candidates against one party or the other?  Why hasn't America had a successful third party?
