The Left is highly motivated by fear, and they fear a world in which they are not in control they will be victimized by those who are. This is driven by the Marxist belief that all power imbalances between people result in a oppressor/oppressed relationship.

So, what's the problem with that? The problem is that who gets to decide what is "harmful"? Who would be the subject matter experts mentioned in this scheme? The same people who decide what is racist, homophobic, or Islamophobic?
The Bigotry Intensifies
The left, emboldened by recent election wins does this because they can. They seek power and one of the weapons they use against all who disagree with their ideology is bigotry cloaked in righteousness. It is fair to call them what they are: bigots.
