The U.S.: Less a “constitutional” republic then it was.
If the United States is to be restored to a fully-functioning constitutional republic in any manner short of civil war, than it will have to be from the ground up. It will take all of us, all of us who believe in the Constitution to fight in city halls, state houses, the halls of Congress, and in the court of public opinion to get our country back to the rule of law.

What they've done, by not hearing that, or the PA case is tantamount to making following the Constitution optional. I think it's going to take a while for the implications of that to sink in.
It’s Not Hypocrisy to Them
Though Marx and Engels would say the object of socialism is as a stepping stone to communism, where there are no social distinctions, and the state would simply “wither away”, we know from real life that those who claim the mantle of philosopher kings expect the rest of us to bestow upon them rights and privileges not available to to common folk.
